CAD Floor plans & Eelevations

We are Hotel interior designers renovating a 70 room RESORT
We are after a draftsperson to build 4 - 6 of Hotel rooms CAD floor and wall elevations and joinery drawings
For now, the purpose of selecting a contractor we are looking for a fixed price for one room drawing package as follows
Each room drawing package to include:
1 ) a general plan with dimensions ( and no furniture )
2 ) 4 wall elevations with dimensions ( no furniture )
3 ) up to 5-floor plans with furniture layout options
4 ) up to 5- elevation sets with furniture layout options.
5 ) up to 3-floor plan options showing carpet or timber plank flooring layout
The attached old drawings of our RESORT are what we are working off. The building dimensions will be adjusted. and new furniture layouts with exact dimensions provided.
We are looking for PDF drawings with our title blocks ...see attached Beach Road example
