Bygglov , Skärmtak över trädäck.

I am looking for someone to help me build a skärmtak över trädäck, and I need a bygglov in order to do that. An architect will be responsible for obtaining the bygglov. The skärmtak över trädäck will be made from plastic materials. I am not sure if any tools or equipment will be necessary for the job, so I am seeking skilled professionals who can help me complete this project successfully. I am looking for someone with experience and a good understanding of the process behind obtaining a bygglov, as well as the tools and techniques necessary to build a skärmtak över trädäck. I need to send this to the government so they can approve the building. I need the measurement of everything and how it will be build so they can grant it.
