Addition of pantry area to existing garage space. Two walls and a platform exist, see drawing and photo. Relocation of existing stairs to another side of existing platform. Cost and time friendly considerations preferred. Construction details, electrical details, and required items for submission to local building department for owner/builder type permit. Ability to work with wood and structural steel.
