Business floor plan with 2nd floor apartment

I need architectural drawings that can be used to pull permits. The drawings will be for a massage business on first floor and owner apartment above. The space is 25 foot wide, 60 foot deep snd 20 foot tall on the inside. The space is located in a retail plaza with businesses on both sides and an alley behind. We would like to have at least 4 single massage rooms, a back office and a reception area that has enough room for seating up to 4 guests and a snack or vending area.
The owner apt needs 2 beds, 2 baths (one with shower no tub), kitchen, living room and dining area. Access to 2nd floor will be thru back office on 1st floor. Master bedroom will need 2 walk in closets and master bathroom.
