Building structure development and plan

I need a fully qualified structural Engineer with a Civil Works back ground to complete this request. I have wrote a Proposal for constructing a Hangar. Since the bid, they now require me to expand on 4 further points of my Proposal, and I require assistance with this. I also need my GANTT Chart to be adjusted with the additional recommendations form the findings of your work The work is immediate, as I need to forward it the 22nd August.
