Building plan for a school

I'm looking for an experienced architect to create a building plan for an elementary school with more than 20,000 sq ft. This plan should include the essential facilities of classrooms that will be needed to accommodate the student body. The plan should comply with all local and national building codes, as well as be compliant with all safety regulations.
