Building over a sewer drawing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Thames water require build over agreement application to be submitted. For this I require drawing showing cross section showing how sewer pipe passes through foundation system. Foundation type is 1m deep trench fill. Also on my approved floor plan to show drainage layout. Please ready what they require:
“ This must show the sewer, any manholes and flow
direction in relation to the proposed structure, and
any connections into the sewer. Suitable external
access to the sewer must be maintained.”
Please see attachment. Straight forward job for someone who knows what they doing.
