Building Sketch and plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for a skilled designer who can create a sketch and plan for a residential building. The building will be constructed on a large plot, with an area of more than 3000 sq ft. I have specific requirements that I want to be included in the design.
In short : I need a minimum of five 2 BHK apartments and five 1 BHK apartments within the Maximum budget of 50L ( considering each square feet cost Rs 1450 ) - other options for better rental yields are welcome. consider the fact that this is a rural village in kerala and the rental are around 5K to 7K maximum.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in creating sketches and plans for residential buildings
- Proficient in architectural design software
- Knowledgeable about building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately capture the client's requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
