Building Projects Estimators Needed

I'm looking for a team of estimators to help estimate building projects for my company, Century One Lead Builder LLC. that are larger housing projects, and commercial building projects, we are looking for Framing estimation, Concrete and shoring estimation.

Labor estimations only on most projects..in Man hours..to assemble..

- Building Types:
- Residential buildings
- Commercial buildings
- Industrial buildings
- Oil refineries
- High rise building developments

- Project Size and Complexity:
- The projects are typically of medium size and moderate complexity.

- Required Services:
- You'll be responsible for providing labor estimations.
- Please note that all materials for the projects will be supplied separately, so you will not be required to estimate these.

I'm seeking estimators with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in estimating similar building projects.
- Capability to handle projects of medium complexity.
- Understanding of the intricacies of different types of buildings.
- Ability to accurately estimate labor costs.
- Good communication skills to convey estimates clearly.
