Building Plans for 2 floor apartment building

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me build plans for a three-floor apartment building which includes 2D floor plans, elevation plans, electrical layout, plumbing layout . The size of each floor is of 350 sq m2 each roughly and the successful freelancer should submit a detailed project proposal outlining their experience and past work.
