Building Permit Plans for 2-Unit Conversion
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Architect must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Building is located in pennsylvania in the USA.I need plans to convert my house into a 2-unit dwelling for building permit submission. The project involves:
- there are actually 2 houses attached that will each be converted into 2 units so there will be a total of 4 units.
- Creating a New Kitchen Area in one of the units
- Designing Separate Entrances for both units-although there are 2 separate entrances in the house now as it exists
Making sure there are enough entrance and egress that zoning requires
*making sure plan meets zoning requirements
I just need plans that building inspector will approve.
This has already been approved to be a 1 unit from zoning they just want me to get a building permit to meet their zoning requirements.
The architectural style for this conversion is Traditional. I do not have any existing design or plan formats, so the selected freelancer will need to create everything from scratch.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in architectural design and house plans
- Familiar with building permit requirements
- Experience in creating designs in a Traditional style
- Ability to design functional and aesthetically pleasing separate living spaces
