Building Code List Request

**Must be familiar with building codes and able to explain them.**


1) I need a list created of all the building codes that apply to my house plans. And ONLY the codes that are relevant to my house design. Codes that don't apply to my design must not be included in the list.

2) For this list, ONLY use the codes in CHAPTER 4 FOUNDATIONS of the Florida 2020 Residential Building code. The link to the code is https://codes.iccsafe.org/content/FLRC2020P1

3) Once **ALL** the relevant codes are picked, I need each code re-written. Each code must be written so it is easy to understand. I need each code written so that even a person that is not an engineer or architect can understand what is being written. This is VITAL.

note: I will attach the majority of the plans that I have for my house design. They include a wide
amount of information. Including the location. The only pages I'm currently missing are the
energy calculations.
