Building Architectural drawings

I'm doing a full renovation on an existing house which also includes an addition. I'll also be adding a garage with loft separate from the property. I've attached the proposed layout minus the garage which will be coming shortly. The kitchen and dining room (Other) has a load bearing wall that we want to remove to expand the space. That same wall on the second floor would be removed and a railing will be installed and ceiling of the first floor removed to see to the second floor from the dinning room.
