Build me a detialed floor plan for planning department and contractors.

I need someone I can reach by phone and help me plan out my salon suites/office floor plan. We are looking to fit 15 rooms/suites inside a 2100sf space and we need an architect to draw up these plans. We need the plans to be as detailed as possible as we are using these plans for our planning department and we are also using them for our contractors we hire. We need the plan to include plug outlets square footage of the space and rooms. We would really like the space to have 16 rooms if it can fit. I've attached a picture of other floor plans but I need mines to be more detailed.I need somone that I can speak with on the phone to help throughout the process.

Our measurements are 72ft long b 29ft wide.
