Build me a Warehouse

We need to develop a super low-cost Warehouse size 100 ft x 50 ft with a height of 25 feet (from Walls), we are intending RCC columns, with walls made of Concrete Blocks, and PEB Roof (Rafters made of I-Beam), C-Purlins, and FRP Sheets, We are looking for good ventilation and maximum sunlight usage by allowing a good number of windows and 2 x front main gates.

Please keep in consideration, that we are looking for a super low-cost building design.
