Build me Interior of an office

Space is 10,000 soft with utilisation space of 80%. I want this office space to be open and not divided in cubicles. It needs to look more like a meeting or hangout place. Sitting space for over 80 people at any given point in time. I need high tables on the window side. Couches, sofas etc. (we work kind of set-up). One cafeteria that can accommodate about 20 - 25 ppl for coffee and lunch break. One big conference room that can accommodate 16 - 20 people. 2 small meeting rooms (4-5 ppl sitting). On floor projector. One small room for accounts. You can look at the attached file (3rd floor). My office will be on the 4th floor.
