I am looking for an experienced freelancer to design a floorplan and exterior roofing concepts on Cedreo for my residential home. The ideal candidate should have a background in drafting and design, and be proficient in using Cedreo.com software. Cedreo is a package that looks like it can design various, complicated roof styles based on our unusual floor plan and height restrictions. The ROOF STYLE is the biggest challenge at this point... The interior design, rooms, etc are not as important at this stage. I have included some sample renderings already completed as well as the as-built plans and some existing exterior photos.
The floorplan should match the attached pdf, with the close to exact dimensions.
The exterior or perimeter of the home is already set and cannot be changed much.. We need to see what different roof lines will look like. (gable, flat or pitched roof styles) to give us the most height inside, allow sunlight in and look awesome from the street and water. The height of the building can only be 15 feet! This would be a single story home.
