Boatyard layout and design including pier layout, dredging, travel lift, large boat dockage, barge fabrication shop, off site moorings and other site layout.

I'm looking for a layout and design for a medium-sized boatyard, with a capacity of 26-50 boats. My priority for the layout is maximizing space usage, and I specifically want to include a barge fabrication shop. The successful freelancer will identify the best possible areas for layout, dredging, installation/operation of a travel lift, and large boat dockage. They will also find a site for off site moorings and any other necessary structures or features. I'm looking for someone who has keen attention to detail and the necessary experience to effectively carry out this project.
