Project scope:
- 250sq-m of land (12.5x20m) in residential area planned to be build into boarding house with 10-16sq-m / bedroom include bathroom. Each bedroom have a space for bed, desk, and wardrobe.
- Floor plan, technical plan include electric-clean/waste water pipe plan, facade, rooms interior design (bedroom, bathroom, living room, public kitchen, lobby)
Area needed:
- Parking area for motorbike and cars, single access point lobby, public kitchen, living room, 3 floor plan, and roof top.
Design core:
- Should have a good air circulation,
- Sufficient sunlight,
