Blueprint for new in-laws suite - Hanover Pennsylvania

We are a home remodeler looking for a reliable/reasonable architect to supply blueprint design for a client who is adding a 560 SF in-laws suite above their garage. Will include kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with walk-out to deck and steps leading down to patio.
