Blueprint/Construction Plan

Please design a detailed blueprint/plan for a builder to use to build the pictured floorplan and garage. The garage is the entire first floor and the floorplan with bedrooms is on the 2nd floor. The garage should extend past the owners suite to hold an outdoor balcony with stairs. It should also extend past bedroom 2 for additional space. The garage should be approx 2,000 sq feet and the level 2 floor plan should be about 1,000 square feet. The bottom of the indoor stairs opens to a wide hallway the runs (90 degrees) along the side of the garage. Please communicate your questions with me.
