Beauty salon plans for building approval

I'm about to embark on a fit out of a beauty salon within a shopping village and I need to get a building approval of the plans in order to get started. My builder has done up a drawing of the space with internal walls/doors. But I need to also list/ show where the spitfire lights and exit signs for emergency are located. Will possibly need to list the ducted air con I will be installing, that will be using exisiting pipework and entry into the space as its motor will be replacing the spot where the current one is located, thus not creating any new holes in the roof.
