- Outdoor Entertainment Areas: The property should include a deck and an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in designing beach-style homes
- Experience in creating open living spaces
- Knowledge in planning outdoor entertainment areas.
This home is being buolt in Costa Rica. Should be all concrete open concrete cabinets that are typically done in CR. Polished concrete floors.
