Brief
My client is looking to develop ALL Sea-Front-Facing Beach Bungalows on a square 60x60 meters beachfront land.
The Bungalows will have palm leaves roofing and use as much local materials as possible.
Each bungalow will be self contained with a kitchenette.
Ponds, a pool, 2 bars, a restaurant, a beach volleyball court and a garden will be part of the amenities.
