Basement retreat
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Want my basement to have a master bedroom, bathroom, game room/ theatre combo and a mini kitchen. Essentially a 1200sq foot unfinished with 2 regular size windows and a French door walkout.
Can provide measurements/ builder unfinished floor plan copy. Water heater, well pressure tank, and water treatment locations flexible. Sump pump can be relocated as it wasn’t required. Was only installed by builder because i made them put one in as they clogged the unused drain and I insisted so it can move. Only thing that I would prefer to stay is the lower level heat pump as it is located below main level intake. I have hardware to 3D scan entire basement using iPad and 3D scanner attachment. Photos on request. Pre plumbed for bathroom.
