Basement floor plan redo

I need someone to take blue prints of my basement and reconfigure the floor plan of the entire space. Currently it has a lot of small non functional spaces. Ideally we would like 2 bedroom spaces, a home office space that has a door, a living room space, wet bar, bathroom and storage area. We live on a lake so we want the lake to be visible as much as possible. I don’t need specific furnishings or wall treatments/lights - really looking for someone who can just show us possibilities of different layouts that maximize the space.
