I'm currently facing an issue with visible large patches of mold growing on the walls of my basement. The mold presence is indicated by distinctive characteristics like:

- Large patches of mold on the walls (see attached pics)
- No present musty odor or allergic symptoms

The freelancer I'm seeking should ideally to:
- Be able to find out the source of mold on-site
- have extensive experience in mold investigation and remediation
- have skills to propose effective mold removal and preventive measures
