Basement Floor Plan

An architecture will do the renovation project for my basement remotely. I need someone to take the measurements and do my basement floor plan/blueprint as I recently bought the house and I don't have it.
Aprox total area - 1735 Sq foot (4 room / 1 bathroom / utilities room)
