Particularly looking for experts in property planning. I have a disused barn and other buildings previously used for commercial purposes. I intend to transform these spaces, with last resort being used for holiday lets. Specifically, I need:
- Professional advice on repurposing said buildings for residential use.
- Knowledge on multiple dwelling planning, with an aim of 5-20 individual units.
- Expertise on change of use if necessary from commercial to residential.
Ideal freelancers should have experience in property planning, especially for redundant buildings. Experience in planning for multiple dwellings would also be beneficial.
