Barn-Dominium Style House Design & Engineering

I need an architect and structural engineer who can help me design and plan a house on a 2.76-acre land in Mountain City, TN. The land has a 30-40 degree slope from top to bottom, so the design should take this into account.
- A deed restriction is that the house, excluding the garage, must be at least 1700 square feet. We also would like two extra bedrooms.
- We will be bringing in city water and electricity from about 250 feet from the house, buried electric. We will need to install a septic tank. We want to go with a Horizontal ground closed loop for the geothermal heat and AC.

- I need floor plans, blueprints, and if reasonable a material list

- Just for clarity downhill is from the back of the property towards the road and after we cut some trees it is a beautiful view. If looking at the property from the road, the driveway will need to be along the left side of the property.

Key requirements:
- Design a single-floor barn-dominium style house
- Prioritize an open interior, characteristic of barn-dominiums
- Ensure the design is structurally sound for the sloped land

Specific features I want to include in the design:
- A large master bedroom
- A large walk-in closet
- A large two-shower head master bath
