I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to assist with the preparation of accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials) based on provided architectural plans. These documents must align with the Scope of Work (SOW) and be clearly organized for easy pricing and tender submission.

Requirements:
BOQ/BOM must be neat, detailed, and well-structured.

Should clearly indicate the relevant SOW sections for each item.

Must support tendering and estimation processes.

This is an ongoing project with recurring work opportunities.

Disciplines include:
1. Structural Works
Piling, Formwork, Reinforcement (Supply & Install), Concrete (incl. Post-Tension & Precast), Structural Steel, Bricklayers & Blocklayers, Carpentry

2. Architectural & Finishes
Solid Plaster/Render, Insulation, Aluminium Windows, Glazing, Roofing, Roller Doors, Doors & Frames, Louvres/Grilles, Balustrading, Metalwork, Joinery, Toilet Partitions, Partitions, Tiling, Timber Flooring, Carpet & Vinyl, Painting, Sanitary Hardware, Marble/Granite, Hardware, Signs/Displays
