Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Need to prepare:
1. Structural design
2. MEP Design
3. Technical specifications for items 1&2 above
4. BOQ for items 1&2 above
For residential building. The building is G+ 7 typical floors & a penthouse floor
The are 4 apartments I all floors (including the Ground floor).
The apartments are identical in all floors except for the ground floor where the 2 apartments at the entrance have smaller living room.
Each apartment is roughly 240 M2.
There are 2 apartments in the penthouse with a different design
The designer shall prepare complete working drawings package and technical specifications as well as a BOQ
I will provide the architectural design (floor plans, elevations & sections) in ACAD format
The project is in Saudi Arabia; therefore shall comply with local Saudi building codes (which I can provide soft copy of if needed)
FLS design will also be delivered to the designer
