2 BHK ModernTraditional House Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a modern/Traditional 2 BHK house plan on a 16 * 60 feet plot. The plot is surrounded on three sides by neighbour buildings, which makes ventilation a crucial aspect of the design.
Key requirements:
- Consideration for future construction of an additional floor
- Effective use of natural light
- Ensuring airflow throughout the house
- Maintaining a level of privacy from neighbours
The plot is open with a road on one side. I've already built a washroom last year, which will be part of this new design. I want a satisfactory design that I can begin construction on after Diwali, with the help of a contractor.
