Award Winning British Guest House One-to-One Redesign

For those top designers that can't join my contest of the same name, I invite you to my one-to-one redesign project:
I am looking for a skilled and experienced designer to help me redesign my beautiful British guest house. The living room and bedroom design won a design price, but the project involves renovating the bathrooms and bedrooms and garden, as well as updating the color scheme and furniture of the award winning living room and bedroom designs to be even better!
Specific requirements:
- Renovate the bathrooms and kitchen to create a modern and minimalist style that has the same British design award winning qualities
- Update the color scheme and furniture to align with the desired modern and minimalist theme.
- Complete the project within a month.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in interior design and renovation projects.
- Experience with creating modern and minimalist designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within a tight timeline.
