Autocad to Revit Model of Building BIM (existing conditions) -- 2

This will require a 3d model in Revit, the model needs to be accurate to exactly match the cad drawing to extract architectural floor plans including sections, building elevations, structural (major visible only), RCP, and Major AC Ducting, Furniture Plan, MEP. The space is a Restaurant.
We provide now a pdf floorplan of the previous design now for evaluation and budget, but please check the pictures for actual status and how the model would be needed. We need actual conditions. Only visible and verifiable items are required.
Once awarded we will provide you with AutoCAD drawings of existing conditions with heights. levels, photos and 360s on every room. Space is 3500-5000 sqft approx. includes the restaurant, mall lobby and front entrance.
All measurements should be in imperial only, no metric system would be accepted. Model is for existing conditions. Finished work would include view of every floor plan, RCP, MEP, Furniture (all millwork, all furniture, KItchen Plan (Volumetric only), Structural plan, Electrical Plan, 4 exterior elevations, 2 sections, with grids, dimensions ready for delivery to client. Only architectural elements would be modeled. Kitchen equiptment is only volumetric
Please provide us with a Quote that includes all mentioned before, total budget, time to deliver and samples (pfds, jpgs, screenshots or renders) from your previous work similar in order to be considered for the project. Please serious offers only, we have more spaces in this building and several other buildings in need of this process, and we are moving from Autocad to Revit, but we need a reliable modeler capable of quick, appropriate pricing and accurate return.
Deliverables would be in Revit and AutoCAD with same standards of quality, not just an export from Revit, you will need to verify that both sets of plans are accurate and complete. Timeframes are paramount, we will evaluate the whole process based on your capability to deliver on time.
