AutoCad drafter

I'm a retired architect working on a 1500sf condo interiors in the Netherlands. The project is not yet built & I need to work with the developer to refine floor plans/elevations that will need to be AutoCad compatible & deliver DWG files to the developer who will them incorporate them into the final Construction Documents. Drafter must speak English & have interior. experience. Because the scope of the project is hard to nail down I would suggest to be on an hourly fee. Also, but not absolutely necessary but I'm near Glenwood Springs, CO & a drafter in the area would be ideal so we could meet in person.
