AutoCAD Drafter Needed — Existing Building Redraw + Basement + Elevator + Technical Room

Description:
We need an AutoCAD drafter to prepare a clean DWG base package from existing scanned plans.

Scope:
- redraw the existing building from foundation / basement level up to roof
- include all floors, elevations, section, and site / plot plan
- integrate the following modifications in general drafting only:
- new basement
- elevator shaft through all levels
- technical room in basement
- general basement layout
- general ramp indication if shown in the provided instructions

Important:
- this is general drafting only
- no design decisions
- no structural design
- use existing drawings as base reference
- unclear items must be marked:
“Preliminary / Subject to technical validation”

Deliverables:
- editable DWG files
- PDF set
- clean layer organization

Goal:
We need a solid DWG base package first.
Architectural refinement and final technical calibration will be done later.

Important clarification:

This is not only a redraw.
You must also **correct and update the existing drawings** based on the requested modifications.

The existing plans are the base reference, but the final DWG package must reflect the **corrected and updated version** of the project.
