Attic addition

I have the original plans to my 3500 square foot Ranch home in Belmont, NC. I have drawn plans for what I would like done. We would like to add a master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet to our attic which already has 12 foot ceilings in the center. I’ve got a couple quotes from architects but just wanted to check all available options before making a decision. Thank you
