Attic Transformation into Fine Bedroom
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Having a partially finished attic space, I am looking for a knowledgeable professional to transform it into a comfortable extra bedroom. The below requirements are expected to be fulfilled:
- Construct a full bath and closet using the existing space.
- Existing partition might need removing and replaced with a safer railing.
- Installation of a sturdy, visually pleasing door at the bottom of the stairs.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience in similar projects, a strong understanding of space utilization, and a keen eye for detail. Your expertise in plumbing and carpentry, along with the ability to give an old space a fresh, modern look, would be highly appreciated.
Already have desired floor plan layout DWG (I can modify drawings if necessary for code requirements, but need stamp if Bldg dept. requires)
