Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a plan for a 4 or 5 bedroom home design. Our lot is fairly level.
INTERIOR
1. open to slab or full walkout basement. More square footage if concrete slab vs. full basement
2. open concept living, kitchen and dining with cathedral ceiling in living.
3. large kitchen pantry
4. in-law suite above 2 car garage.
5. large mudroom off garage
6. open to primary bedroom up or downstairs
7.office and 1/2 bath on main level
8. jack amd jill bath with 2 bedrooms. and possible primary, if not on first level
EXTERIOR
Grand entrance. We like mountain modern/rustic
back of house will have views and larger windows in the back. we would like patio/pool area with fireplace under covered porch.
Viewing the house from the front, garage on right. we would prefer the kitchen closer to garage and mudroom with cathedral at left side of house.
