Arkansas Stamped Foundation Design

I’m building a two-story home in Hot Springs, Arkansas, that will sit 30 inches above grade on 30"-square concrete columns. Each column will bear on helical piers tied together with grade beams and topped by a 4" slab. I need a licensed professional engineer who can take my basic floor-plan layout in Rhino and create plans for the slab/columns and any relevent bracing required.

You’ll confirm the pier spacing and capacity, size the grade beams, specify rebar, anchor details, and slab reinforcement, then provide sealed drawings and all supporting calculations accepted by Arkansas authorities. I can supply the preliminary layout, site measurements, and any additional information you request (e.g., geotech data, load assumptions).

Deliverables:
• Signed and stamped foundation drawings (PDF + DWG)
• Structural calculations for helical piers, columns, beams, and slab
• Notes and details meeting local building codes and inspection requirements
