Architecture plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for an architect who can create architecture plans for a residential building project. I already have a basic concept in mind for the design, but I am open to ideas and suggestions from the architect. Additionally, I would like the final plan to be presented in 3D visualization.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong architectural design skills
- Experience in residential building projects
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software
- Ability to collaborate and incorporate client's ideas
- in 2d floor plan shows all dimensions in mm
- 21 plans, some of them can be repetitive drawings
there is a guideline that architecture is required to follow.
