We are seeking an experienced architect and interior designer to collaborate on the concept and planning of a unique beach club project. The facility will include a restaurant, bar, art gallery, and a clothing area within a limited built-up space of 1,500-2,000 square meters on a 10,000-square-meter plot. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of beach club dynamics, ensuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive architectural concept for the beach club, considering the integration of restaurant, bar, art gallery, and clothing area.
2. Provide detailed architectural and interior shop drawings.
3. Create 3D models showcasing the main elements of the beach club, including the DJ booth and MEP fixtures.
4. timeline of 30 days.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in designing beach clubs, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
2. Proficiency in creating architectural and interior shop drawings.
3. Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
4. Understanding of the workflow and spatial dynamics of beach clubs.
5. Ability to deliver high-quality work within a set timeframe.
