I've had past builder and architect provide good designs, each with their own merits. I want to combine some of their best attributes and improve existing architectural design using fresh skills and make the new design great!
I'll provide you with previous ArchiCAD design (DIN files) as well as PDF design files of each. We have full copyright to these designs, however neither builder is able to fulfill project so I'm now looking for a new builder but using a new and improved design.
