Architecture For Small Office Buildings

Hi, I need architecture planning for small office building. Few things keep into mind that I will provide site plan with clear dimensions of designated plot and by laws of the concern authority. Then I will give my suggestions that what I want in the planning as per byelaws and I will ask the architect to submit plans and then I will handover the plans to structure engineer who will add columns and beams then again architect work start again. I need creativity in all the forms in plans in elevations and every details require in executing elevations design by architect.
