Quick and Easy Architectural Plan
We are renovating the upstairs of a small office suite, and urgently need basic architectural plans for the purpose of obtaining permission from the building owner.
The upstairs is only 68 sq m and we are reconfiguring only 47 sq m of the space so it is a small job but needed quickly.
This job requires you to produce the following:
1. Floor plan showing existing layout, marked with the proposed amendments suitably annotated; and
2. Internal wall elevations, also marked with the proposed amendments and relevant notes.
You will be provided with the following materials to enable you to do the job:
1. Hand drawn sketch of the existing floor layout, together with all dimensions;
2. Sketches of proposed amendments with dimensions;
3. Detailed descriptions of the alteration work required and the materials to be used to enable notations to be made on the plans;
4. Photographs of the existing premises; and
5. Identification information for labelling the plans.
The diagrams should comply with normal Australian standards.
We propose to select a suitable submission today (Thursday, 14 December 2023) and provide the information set out above.
Completion of the job is required before close of business on Friday, 15 December 2023.
