Architectural plans for a bathroom with a curbless shower

I'm looking to have architectural plans drawn up for a medium size bathroom with a curbless shower. There is no particular style that I'm after; however, I would like the shower to feature ADA grab bars, a fold down bench, a hand held shower nozzle, a fixed shower head (not a rain shower), and one or more linear drains. The bathroom will have two doors - one 36 inches opening out and one 27-30 inches opening in - a universal toilet, a floating sink, accessible electrical outlets, and, ideally, attractive lighting and additional storage. The bathroom will have an open-concept feel with the shower connected to the rest of the room via a continuous non-slip tile floor. The entire floor plus 18 inches (or more) up the walls must be waterproofed with Laticrete, Schluter, Wedi or or equivalent systems. The floor must be sloped 1/4 inch per 12 inches toward the shower drain. Plans and specifications must comply with New York City building codes. Quality craftsmanship is essential in this project, as I want to create a luxurious space that stands out from the rest.
