Architectural plans and building blue print for eco cabins

Hi, I am building eco cabins in Costa Rica. I have the basic floor layout but now need to turn it into proper plans that can be handed over to the builders. We do have a local architect managing the project there, but he is very busy and we are time constrained. We would therefore like to develop something independently so that the local architect only needs to sign off on the project.
