I am looking for a skilled architect who can create a modern architectural layout and rendering for my residential project which will be a duplex house side by side
Each duplex is 23 x 35 ft
Around 805sqft

Requirements:

- Proficiency in creating modern architectural layouts
- Ability to work with an existing floor plan and incorporate the desired style
- Attention to detail and ability to create realistic renderings

Skills and experience:
