Architectural and interior design for physical therapy clinic to obtain permitting in Clermont Florida USA

Have a vanilla shell building requiring build out to accomodate physical therapy clinic, wish list includes nice front desk, and wait area. Open space in gym area, with wish of one managers private office, a small lunch room with sink microwave and frridge, and a private treatment room. Also a washer dryer hook up in ac closet Building C on attached plan, my goal is to submit architectural drawings to county for permitting of the project. Some plumbing required to allow for sink in kitchen area. There may require to be some tweaks in existing electrical outlets depending on placement of walls etc.
